All orders under $200 require full payment to secure your order.
For all other orders.. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is required to secure your order. Your order is NOT SECURE until PAYMENT IS RECEIVED OR CONFIRMATION E-Mail is received. Full payment is due 7 days before your order is due. Please note that verbal reminder of balance due, is a courtesy. You are responsible for remembering your balance and due date. If balance of deposit is not received 7 days prior to the date of your event, your order is subject to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Orders cancelled up to 14 days prior to your event, will receive a FULL refund. Cancellations up to 10 days prior to your event, will receive 25% of your deposit OR your date can be rescheduled, depending on availability, for no fee. Cancellations within LESS THAN 10 DAYS will receive NO REFUND. However, if your order is cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your event, your order can be rescheduled depending on availability. Orders cancelled LESS THAN 72 of your event, will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND and WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED. If your order is cancelled on my part, due to no fault of your own, no matter the time frame, you will be refunded in full.
It is suggested that ALL CAKE ORDERS 2-TIERS OR LARGER BE DELIVERED (FEES APPLY). If you insist on picking up your cake, I am not liable for any damages that may occur after pick up. And a waiver must be signed agreeing you take full responsibility for and damages to the cake while in your possesion.
DELIVERY AREAS INCLUDE, BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:
HUDSON COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO UNION COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
Orders greater than $150 and 2-tier or larger cakes may be delivered outside of this range for a fee.
In the event your cake is damaged upon delivery, something is wrong with flavor or decor, you must provide pictures of the damages or proof of correspondence where I am at fault of an error. If there is an issue with fillings, flavors, or consistency, you must return the ENTIRE cake for inspection so a refund amount can be determined.
